For boards of mid-market and larger companies

AI is transforming your organisation from the inside.

I help you stay in control of the areas it affects most. Not awareness sessions, but practical direction. For CFOs, CIOs and boards who already know that AI is affecting their IT, their people and their costs, and want to know what to do about it.

What I often see: does this sounds familiar?

Orbis Neo helps boards of mid-market and larger companies get a grip on what AI means for their organisation. Not by adding another layer of policy, but by looking at what AI is already changing in your IT, your finances, your people and your governance, and steering on that directly. Many boards recognise themselves in one of the following situations.

AI costs vs value

AI is affecting your costs, but you have no way to manage it
Your IT budget is growing because of AI tooling, licences and infrastructure. But which of those costs create value, which don’t, and how do you weigh building in-house against buying in? That is a question your finance team cannot answer without understanding the content, and your IT team cannot answer without understanding the financial logic.

Policy vs reality

Your policy areas are lagging behind what AI is already doing
Security, privacy, HR and IT operations were designed for a world before AI. Most organisations simply add an AI policy on top of what they already have. That doesn’t work. What does work: rethinking existing areas so AI becomes a normal part of how you already run things.

AI Governance

You want to lead, not just react
Every department now has its own AI initiative. But who decides? Who keeps it all coherent? And how do you make sure the board is steering, rather than constantly catching up afterwards?

Who I am: Daniel Fokker

I have spent twenty-five years working in the areas that AI is now disrupting most: IT delivery, IT operations, enterprise architecture, HR and IT financial management. That combination was not planned, but it lets me see what domain specialists miss: how changes in one area ripple through into the next.

I work on an interim or part-time basis, always with an agreed endpoint. No permanent role, no thick reports. Concrete structures that your organisation can keep running after I leave.
