Introduction Orbis Neo respects the privacy of its clients, relations and visitors to the website. I ensure that the personal information you provide to me is treated confidentially. B. Visitor data and Analytics

General visit data is kept on this website, such as the most visited pages. The purpose of this is to optimize the design of the website.

  • Explanation: I use analytics tools to keep track of how users use the website. The information obtained, including the address of your computer (IP address), is transferred to Google. Refer to Google’s Privacy Policy for more information. I have not allowed Google to use the obtained analytics information for other Google services and the IP addresses are anonymized as much as possible.

Orbis Neo does not sell your data to third parties and only provides it if this is necessary for the execution of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation. With companies that process your data on my behalf (such as the hosting party of the website or my accountant), I enter into a processor agreement to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data.

5. Retention period 

Orbis Neo does not store your personal data longer than is strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which your data is collected.

  • Data of potential customers is deleted if no agreement is concluded and the contact is concluded.
  • Administrative data (invoices) are kept in accordance with the statutory tax retention obligation of 7 years.

I take the protection of your data seriously and take appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorized modification. The Orbis Neo website uses a reliable SSL certificate to ensure that your personal data does not fall into the wrong hands.

In addition, you have the right to withdraw any consent to the data processing or to object to the processing of your personal data by Orbis Neo. You can send a request for inspection, correction or deletion to info@orbisneo.nl. To be sure that the request for inspection has been made by you, I can ask you for proof of identity.
